Clearstory is thrilled to announce the addition of three key leaders to its executive team: Annika Ensrud, CRO, Kristin Jones, Head of Growth, and Michele Anderson, Head of Product. Building off last year’s record revenue and successful Series B funding round, these hires represent the next step in the company’s growth trajectory.

Annika arrives at Clearstory via Hilti, where she held numerous leadership positions over two decades, including most recently as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Fieldwire, Hilti’s jobsite management software. Prior to overseeing Fieldwire’s growth, she was Director of Sales for Hilti North America. With her deep experience in go-to-market strategies and driving high-performing teams, Annika brings a wealth of expertise in revenue growth and market expansion in the commercial construction industry.

Kristin is a growth and product leader with a track record of driving SaaS platforms to scale at companies like Intuit, BCG Digital Ventures, and early-stage startups. She marks Clearstory’s first-ever growth hire, which will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic vision, optimizing the network effect, and accelerating its expansion.

Michele brings 14 years of product experience to Clearstory, most recently overseeing product development for the financial engine of a fintech unicorn in San Francisco. With a strong background in strategy, innovation, and growth, Michele’s expertise in building and scaling products across various industries will be instrumental in guiding Clearstory's product roadmap and vision.

Clearstory is excited to welcome Annika, Kristin, and Michele to our leadership team as we continue to drive innovation for the construction industry. Their extensive expertise and proven track records will be integral to advancing our mission to align all Specialty Contractors, General Contractors, and Owners on out-of-contract work.
