Now general contractors, subcontractors and owners can further automate Clearstory’s Change Order communication platform into their already existing project management workflow. This integration eliminates manual data entry into Procore, saving valuable administrative time, and transmits Change Order information into Procore’s financial forecast to reduce risk and reflect project costs in real time.

Procore and Clearstory customers can organize and manage change order communication through Clearstory’s collaborative Change Order Log and effortlessly sync Procore Change Events with Clearstory COR information.
With the Procore Integration you can:
- Map your Procore and Clearstory projects
- Push one or multiple Clearstory created or received CORs directly into Procore Change Events
- Filter the Clearstory log by Procore CE or see which CORs have not been pushed to Procore
Integration leads to fewer blind spots.
The most powerful aspect of this integration is reducing risk when it comes to collecting and forecasting project Change Order Requests. Lack of transparency around Change Orders can kill construction project budgets, therefore improving communication is key to the financial health of a job. By pushing sent or received CORs from Clearstory into Procore, users can tell exactly which CORs are included in their Procore financials and which ones have not yet been forecasted. This insight instantly communicates whether or not their Procore project financial forecast is current. This eliminates surprises and ensures that forecasting in Procore is complete and accurate and keeps Subcontractors, General Contractors and Owners all on the same page.
