New analytics feature provides executives, admins, and PMs with a live, project-level summary of status, value, and days aging for all CORs and T&M Tags shared with their GC customers.

Specialty Contractor VPs, operations executives, and PMs looking for a crisp, real-time summary view of where their Change Orders and T&M Tickets stand on any given project can now access Customer Insights from Clearstory.

Available as an option on the project information menu for account owners, admins, and project managers (at the project level), Customer Insights provides instant dashboard visibility into real-time COR and T&M Ticket status to accelerate processing, improve stakeholder collaboration, and identify actionable opportunities to improve internal and external workflows.

We just hope you’re ready for an honest look. Customer Insights provides Specialty Contractors using Clearstory with a live, bird's eye view of how well Change Order Requests and T&M Tickets are proceeding from point A to point Z on a project. Are items languishing internally, or are ready-to-roll CORs stalling out in the GC’s court?

With Customer Insights, Specialty Contractor decision-makers have a powerful tool providing upstream insight into Change Order and T&M Ticket to gain a deeper understanding of project performance and identify areas for improvement.

COR Status Summary

The COR Status Summary shows the total number of sent Change Orders on a project by status, including CORs that have been submitted as placeholders, CORs that are in review, CORs approved to proceed, and CORs that have been voided or have been issued an approved Change Order.

T&M Tag Status Summary

The T&M Tag Status Summary likewise shows the total number of all T&M Tags in each status for a project, and provides real-time visibility into whether or not tags have been signed or are awaiting signatures, have been rejected or sent back to revise and resubmit, or are still open or in draft.

T&M Tag Labor Hours Summary

Diving a bit deeper into T&M Tag analytics, the new T&M Tag Labor Hours Summary provides a look at T&M Tag status expressed as labor hours, including the dollar amount of straight time, overtime, double time, premium overtime, and premium double time hours associated with T&M Tags that have been signed, have been signed but not sent, are awaiting signature, have been marked revise and resubmit, are in draft, open, or have been rejected by the General Contractor.

Contract Summary

The Contract Summary report provides a succinct overview of the original contract volume, adjusted for the total dollar amount of sent CORs in each status. With a real-time visualization of the delta between approved, approved to proceed, and pending or void Change Orders, decision-makers can instantly see how original contract values are being impacted.

COR Days Aging

The COR Days Aging Report shows all sent Change Order Requests that are still awaiting approval. Days Outstanding categories break down how long CORs have stalled out, and include total number, total dollar amount, and average days aging line items.
