Add documents from your Egnyte account directly to a Change Order Request or T&M Tag in Clearstory in just a couple of clicks. Now you can combine one of the most trusted file storage services with Clearstory for more complete Change Order Requests that include receipts, photos, or whatever documentation best supports your request.
How does it work?
It's simple. When you're creating a Change Order Request or a Time and Material Tag, just select the down arrow next to the "Upload" button. A dropdown menu will appear, displaying your integrated file management options.
Get Started:
- Select the File: When creating a Change Order Request or Time and Material Tag, simply click the "Upload" button.
- Choose Egnyte: From the dropdown menu, select "Egnyte."
- Log In: You'll be prompted to log into your Egnyte account.
- Select Files: Browse your Egnyte files and choose the ones you need.
- Add to Clearstory: The selected files will be automatically added to Clearstory.
By integrating Egnyte with Clearstory, you can save time and streamline your document management process.
