Announcing T&M Labor Hours Report

Need better visibility into how many T&M labor hours are going into any given project? Introducing T&M Labor Hours Report, a summary of the total labor hours spent on T&M work for your project over time. This new feature is available to all customers within Customer Insights or Contractor Insights.

For Specialty Contractors using Customer Insights, this is a way to see that you need to submit a Change Order to get paid on the hours that are piling up. For General Contractors using Contractor Insights, you get a barometer into the labor costs and how close it is to going over. In either case, T&M Labor Hours Report provides visibility that will facilitate better communication, faster decision making, and quicker payments.

Feature Highlights:

• Summarize labor hours by day, week, month, quarter, or year
• Filter by rate type – straight time hours, overtime hours, premium overtime hours, double-time hours, and premium double-time hours
• Filter by label and status to separate what’s signed, awaiting signature, rejected, or revised
• Easily export as an Excel file 
• View multiple contracts at once

Now you can view all of your project’s labor hours in a single, sleek dashboard. Different colors denote the various hour types, so you and your team can visually see how many hours are overtime.

Getting Started

Start using T&M Labor Hours Reports by selecting a project, choosing either Contractor Insights or Customer Insights under Project Information, and then finding the T&M Hours view by scrolling to the right of the bar on the dashboard.
