What does your pricing structure look like?

We offer three tiers: Basic, Standard, and Professional. Basic is free. Standard and Professional include a per-user fee and a platform fee per project. Licenses are available at the project, office, or company level — so you can start with one job and expand from there.

Do users I invite to the platform count as users I pay for?

No, you only pay for Clearstory users who work at your company and need access to the software. First-level stakeholders that you invite to Clearstory receive Plus for free when you purchase a Standard or Professional license.

Do you have a free trial for your standard and professional licenses?

Yes, we offer a free managed pilot where you can get complete access to the software. Contact our sales team at the link below to set this up for your company.

How do you support our company after we buy a license?
